    Notes:

    The 1760 baptism on Lancs OPC is assumed to be of the Anthony, son of Anthony, who married Mary Hartley in 1784. But there are two burials in St Mary, Lancaster, of an "Antho" or "Anto" Cartmel in 1761 and 1763, no age given. One of these could be Anthony's father, the other unknown.
