• Notes

  Probable baptism 8.6.1823 St Mary the Virgin, Rufford, (Lancs OPC), mother named as singlewoman Margaret Dutton, though she may have been the Mary Dutton who had several illegitimate children before marrying Thomas Walsh (1776-1864 q.v.) in 1857. Mary's daughter Margaret Dutton b1836 married Thomas Aspinall and is in the 1911 census, widowed, as aunt of this Henry's son Henry Dutton b1861.
