  Dakin in birth record on Lancs BMD. With brother William as niece and nephew of Richard Carrington and Ellen nee Deakin in 1861 census. Second and third marriages appear to be bigamous: first husband Peter Tyrer remarries Mary Taylor in 1887; Alice's marriage to Henry Bridge in 1881 describes her as a spinster, father John Deakin, boatman; in her 1891 marriage to William Henry Berry she is described as a widow, father John (d).
