      Two descriptions are given on the Hall Genealogy Website for occupation 'waller' :-
      1 - Brick or dry stone wall builder; or
      2 (More likely in this case) - In the Cheshire salt-works, makers of coarser grades of salt used in industrial processes, chemicals, fisheries and potteries.
