    • WW1 records indicate that Hugh was hospitalised in France 1815/16 with vertigo, but did not return to England until after the war and his wife's remarriage.
      Not found in 1921 census but in 1939 in Dun St, Salford, with partner Alice, b20.11.1865, both indicated as married though no marriage record found.
      Informant on DC is son L Cornwell (presumably Levi) of Mayor St, Salford.
