    Birth registered in West Derby as Sarah Ann Rice. Not found in 1861 census, but in 1871 age 12 as daughter of James and Mary Ann nee Campbell. Marries as Sarah Ann Campbell Rice, father James Campbell. Presumption must be that she was born illegitimately to Mary Ann Campbell, fathered by a Mr Rice.
    Death registerd in Q2 1891, so must have been just before the census on April 5.
