    • Born before her father married Margaret Gill, spinster.
      BC names father as John Peet, boatman, mother as Margaret Peet formerly Gill.
      In the 1861 census as Elizabeth Marsden, grand-daughter of Elizabeth Gill, her father's mother-in-law. The parish baptism record gives the same birth date as the BC and names her parents as John Peet, single man and Margaret Marsden, spinster. The baptism on Lancs OPC does not name her father, just her mother as Margaret Marsden, spinster.
      In 1871 census in Parbold Hill as Elizabeth Peet, 17 'nurse girl' grand-daughter of John Peet and Elizabeth (nee Barrow). No later record found.
